Hello there and welcome to my studio!

Being from the west, I can’t help but be enthralled with all the natural beauty that surrounds my home. Everything from the neighbouring wildlife, to the ever changing texture and colours of the seasons, my paintings are highly influenced by my backyard. I enjoy allowing natural materials to shine through the paintings and honour their respective patterns to accompany my take on traditional artistic themes and subject matter. When I sit down at my easel, I am most inspired by the intersection of modern abstracted aesthetics inserted into rustic natural environments of the West.
